My original destination of Artes didn't have any place to stay, so I hiked three hours further down the road., and stumbled upon this place.
Besides the great views, they have a gastronomic research project here led by Ferran Adria ( of El Bulli fame).
Pics of the trail today. In some you can see the snow capped mountains, others the first glimpses of Montserrat.
There are also pics of the "pack" of puppies that followed me for a bit this morning.
And, a pic of a bottle of Damm Limon (otherwise known as a clara).
Tomorrow I will complete El Cami de Sant Jaume at Montserrat. The route of course continues east on to Santiago, but I will head north by train to Pamplona to hike into the Basque country. May spend a night in Barcelona as well.
